Welcome to Meshrubat. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Meshrubat mobile application (the "App"), operated by Protrom ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using Meshrubat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

  1. Eligibility

Meshrubat contains content related to alcoholic beverages. You must be of legal drinking age in your country or region to use the App. By using Meshrubat, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The App is rated 17+ and is not intended for minors.

  1. Your Account

To use Meshrubat, you must create an account using your email, Apple, or Google credentials. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information when creating your account

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

All activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use.

  1. Use of the App

You agree to use Meshrubat only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, or offensive

Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

Use the App to promote excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption

Copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission

  1. Community Guidelines

Meshrubat includes community features (the House of Meshrubat) where you can interact with other users, share content, and join events. When participating, you agree to:

Treat other members with respect

Not post spam, advertising, or harmful content

Not share content that infringes the rights of others

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion.

  1. Responsible Consumption

Meshrubat provides recipes for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for informational and educational purposes. We encourage responsible consumption of alcohol. You are solely responsible for your own choices regarding alcohol consumption. Never drink and drive. If you choose not to consume alcohol, every recipe offers a non-alcoholic alternative.

  1. Recipe Content and Disclaimer

The recipes, instructions, and information provided in the App are for general informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy:

We do not guarantee specific results from following any recipe

You are responsible for checking ingredients for allergies or dietary restrictions

We are not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from preparing or consuming any recipe

Always exercise caution when using tools and equipment.

  1. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features and content.

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, not by us. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies. We are not able to issue refunds directly.

Prices and subscription terms may change. We will notify you of any changes before they take effect.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including recipes, text, graphics, logos, videos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Protrom and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

The "Meshrubat" name and brand are the property of Protrom.

  1. User-Generated Content

When you post content in the App (comments, messages, event details), you retain ownership of that content. However, by posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

You are responsible for the content you post and confirm that you have the right to share it.

  1. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services to function, improve, and promote the service. These include:

Infrastructure and analytics providers, such as Google Firebase and Google Analytics

AI service providers, such as OpenAI, for optional AI-assisted features

Advertising partners, such as TikTok and Meta, which help us promote the App and measure the performance of our advertising campaigns

Your use of the App may be subject to the terms and policies of these third parties. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services. For details on what information is shared with these partners, please see our Privacy Policy.

  1. Advertising and Tracking

We advertise the App on third-party platforms. To measure whether our advertising works, we share limited information with our advertising partners, such as your device's advertising identifier and app events like installs and app opens.

On iOS, we ask for your permission before using your advertising identifier for this purpose. You may decline, and you can change this choice at any time in your device settings. Declining will not affect your ability to use the App.

  1. App Availability and Changes

We strive to keep Meshrubat available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protrom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages related to recipe preparation, alcohol consumption, or community interactions.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Türkiye.
