How to delete your Meshrubat account
This article explains how to delete your Meshrubat account and what happens to your data when you do.
Deleting your account is permanent. Once the deletion is complete, your account and its contents cannot be recovered. If you only want to stop being charged, cancel your subscription instead. See "Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription" below.
Before you delete your account
Take a moment to check the following:
Cancel your subscription first. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are handled separately. Deleting your account will not stop future charges.
Save anything you want to keep. Your saved formulas, favourites and House of Meshrubat activity will be removed and cannot be restored.
Deletion is not reversible. Creating a new account later will not bring back your previous data.
Delete your account from the app
Open the Meshrubat app.
Tap Profile.
Tap Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted.
Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently removed shortly after.
Delete your account by email
If you can no longer sign in to the app, you can request deletion by email.
Write to info@protrom.com from the email address registered to your account.
Use the subject line Account deletion request.
We may ask for additional information to confirm you own the account.
Requests are completed within 30 days.
What happens after deletion
The following is permanently removed:
Your account and profile
Saved formulas, favourites and history
House of Meshrubat memberships, messages and event activity
In-app preferences and personalisation data
The following is retained:
Billing and payment records, kept for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law
Aggregated usage statistics that can no longer be linked to you
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, not by Meshrubat. Deleting your account leaves the subscription active and you will continue to be charged until you cancel it.

Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Meshrubat > Cancel Subscription
Android
Google Play > profile icon > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions > Meshrubat > Cancel subscription
Frequently asked questions
Can I recover my account after deleting it?
No. Deletion is permanent and your data cannot be restored.
Can I use the same email address for a new account?
Yes. You can register again with the same email, but you will start with an empty account.
How long does deletion take?
In-app deletion begins immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days.
Will I get a refund for the remaining subscription period?
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
I deleted my account but I am still being charged.
Your subscription is still active. Cancel it through the App Store or Google Play using the steps above.
